SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders of products we carry at our office (all jewelry and most Toby Tapir products) are typically shipped 24-48 hours after the order is placed. However, orders from our third party distributor Printful may take an additional week to ship. If you order a mix of products some products may ship separately. All orders will ship via the method you select at checkout. If for some reason there is a back order on one of the products you order we will contact you and you will need to let us know if you would like a refund or wait until the product is back in stock.

The price you pay for shipping is the price we are charged from the post office. Shipping charges DO NOT include any VAT or Customs taxes charged by your country. You will be responsible for any customs taxes incurred by your country. If for some reason there is a back order on one of the products you order we will contact you and you will need to let us know if you would like a refund or wait until the product is back in stock.
You have 30 days to return any item. If 30 days have lapsed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.
All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA #, and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking. Tapir Tuesdays does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
In order to obtain a return authorization #, a written request must first be made via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Clearance items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, metal choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make those requests in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Moreover, Tapir Tuesdays reserves the right to make modifications to the site or information at any time, for any reason. Tapir Tuesdays also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including but not limited to orders containing incorrect pricing or product descriptions, orders in which Tapir Tuesdays believes the customer has violated applicable law, and/or orders we believe are harmful to the Company.
